About Waste Support

Wastesupport.co.uk is operated by 360 Environmental Ltd. 360 has been operating since 2007, providing a wide range of compliance support to companies obligated under Producer Responsibility and waste legislation. The company has been operating a legislation support website since the beginning of 2009 - www.360environmental.co.uk - which has developed a growing reputation for providing clear and succinct guidance for companies across a wide range of Regulation.

360 ENVIRONMENTAL IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL SUPPORT ON SIC CODES.

The website has seen strong demand for information on European Waste Catalogue codes, indicating a need for a simple search system to enable waste producers - who have a legal responsibility to correctly describe their waste - to identify the right EWC code. We have also established a growing need for SIC Code support as companies must now include SIC 2007 Codes on their waste transfer notes and SIC 2003 Codes on their Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes. A new site - www.siccodesupport.co.uk - provides the same function for non-waste businesses.

360 Environmental has two principals. Vicki Cooper started the business and was joined by Phil Conran in January 2009.

Vicki Cooper

Vicki has extensive operational experience across a wide range of waste related fields. Whilst at Biffa, she managed one of the company's most successful depots and transfer stations and gained her COTC. She was also a key part of the Biffpack team delivering low cost compliance to registered producers. She has since managed a plastics recycling plant with responsibility for all aspects of the site's operational, compliance and commercial activities and more recently, has delivered highly successful process and management support for operational facilities in addition to continued producer responsibility support on packaging.

Phil Conran

Phil was General Manager responsible for producer responsibility and general recycling development at Biffa. He developed and managed Biffpack and Transform, two of the UK's largest Compliance schemes for Packaging and WEEE. He was also responsible for the development of recycling solutions for local authorities and businesses, implementing many areas of legislative development within the company including pre-treatment, animal by-products and hazardous waste. Phil also provided extensive external support, sitting on the Governments Advisory bodies for Packaging and WEEE producer responsibility.
